WKRP In Cincinnati Antenna TV Tuesday Nights In Rockford
On Tuesday nights now I like to watch WKRP In Cincinnati on Antenna TV. The fan in the window is whirring too loudly right now for me to hear it in the other room. The last episode was the one where a baseball player thought Les was gay so the Reds banned him from the locker room and he went out on the ledge and was going to jump. He didn't jump. I've been offered a lot of freelance writing gigs this year, and I've turned almost all of them down because the fact of the matter is I don't enjoy writing very much. I enjoy writing on a deadline even less than that. I very much enjoyed writing for the Contagion game, and I did a piece about the history of poetry in Rockford, Illinois, but in general I don't have a lot of fun writing. For this blog I feel a sort of pressure to write something at least once a week. Tonight I just don't have anything of interest to say. I think you should do what I'm doing and turn on Antenna TV. At 10 p.m. I've been watching Night Gallery on MeTV every night, then Alfred Hitchcock at 11 p.m.
