Mitt Romney In Rockford

Both Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum came to my town today. Rockford, Illinois. I know they did because I saw the motorcaid whiz past my window on its way to a very safe location on the outskirts of town. I doubt either of the candidates got much of a look at Downtown Rockford, where I live. It has beautiful aspects and a lot of great people trying to make positive change, but it also has plenty of decay, blight, and legions of homeless, unemployed, and discouraged people hoping for change. But with Mitt Romney's statement that "he's not concerned about the very poor," I don't hold out much hope.

  1. Now to be fair, where is the cartoon about Santorum?

  2. I was actually going to run the same one and just change the speaker. To be fair, neither one of them stopped in downtown Rockford, they selected safe places on the outskirts of the city. For months I had decided I was going to vote for Paul this morning, but now I'm not sure.
